"Be Creative"

February we find ourselves in the Rowan Moon..a time of inspiration and creative expression. Also, there is Groundhog Day..February 2nd..were all wondering will Phill see his shadow!!! The first signs of Spring typically emerge this month, the snow melts away, and the crocuses pop out from beneath the earth.  As the temperatures begin to rise so do our hopes for spring.. That feeling begins to stir within us...that warmth of the spring sun!! Right now we must still focus on getting through the last days of winter. Turn your attention to the lessons of this season.. let the creative juices flow bringing about spiritual enlightenment and healing energies from the earth. I'm going to focus my creative endeavors towards earth based types of art and activities. Today the moon turns towards the light..each day is a opportunity to grow and develop. Let go of the past and look to the future...just as winter slowly gives way to Spring..
Here are some crafty projects to try this month.. below is a neat little rowan tree wire wrap pendent..!!Perfect for this time of year. I love the door...its a way to recycle,be functional and creative at the same time..Hence I'm in the market for a old kitchen door. The Old chest of drawer planter is adorable...very rustic and for some reason it puts me in mind of a scene from Alice in Wonderland..not sure why..
