Canning How to..

Well I had a super fun day at my canning class...yah!! I learned alot about the various methods of canning, Hot Bath, and Pressure Canning...I loved that we did a hands on part in the kitchen.. You know me a tactile learner at heart...I love to read but sometimes if I do the activity I pick up on it better. So we did green beans...so cool I canned green beans!! Ok I'm a bit excited.. Having said that I went to the library afterwards and got a few books on canning. I was also told that Tractor Supply and Rural King have the best canning supplies!!! I'll have to check them out!
