Yummy Zucchini Bread

A friend of mine made some delicious zucchini bread from the garden... Check out this yummy recipe..

Ingredients...
3 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Nutmeg
3 tsp cinnamon
Sift all these dry ingredients together.

Wet Ingredients...
3 eggs
3 tsp Vanilla
2 1/4 cups sugar
1 cup of Crisco Oil..
Mix these ingredients with a mixer, then mix the dry ingredients into wet. put in 2 9 by 5 pans..bake at 325 till done.
